UAE · Relocation
UAE Relocation.
The whole family, the whole household, the whole life — coordinated.
Relocation is not a single transaction. It is visas, housing, schools, banking, healthcare, drivers, household staff, shipping and the dozens of small decisions that determine whether the family settles or struggles. Morifar coordinates all of it.
What it is
The full picture, in plain language.
End-to-end relocation covers the principal's residence visa, dependant visas, housing search and lease, school selection and admissions, healthcare and insurance, banking, vehicle registration, household shipping and the early-weeks practicalities.
We work alongside the family before, during and after the move — one project manager, one shared plan, weekly progress reviews until everyone is fully settled.

FAQs
Questions we are asked, and the honest answers.
How early should we start?+
For a smooth move with schools secured, 3-6 months ahead is ideal. We have moved families in 6 weeks when needed.
Can children join schools mid-year?+
Yes, depending on space. Most schools assess on rolling admissions; we know which ones flex.
Do we need to ship our furniture?+
Many families do not. Furnished short-let for 1-3 months gives time to buy locally without rushing.
What about pets?+
Pets can be imported with vaccinations, microchip and an import permit — typically a 4-6 week lead time.
Common mistakes
What we see go wrong — so it doesn't happen to you.
Picking a house before picking a school
Commuting in Dubai traffic destroys family life. School first, neighbourhood second.
Underestimating school admissions
Top schools fill 6-12 months ahead. Late applicants accept what is left, not what is best.
Shipping too much
Dubai humidity damages soft furnishings; local replacement is often cheaper than shipping.
Skipping pre-arrival banking
Bank accounts can take 2-4 weeks; landing without one creates immediate friction.
Explain like I'm 10
The simplest version of the whole thing.
Moving to a new country is like packing up your whole life into boxes, then unpacking it somewhere completely different. We help every part — the paperwork, the new school, the new house, the new bank, the new doctor — so when your family lands, everything is ready.
