UK Relocation.
Visas, housing, schools, the lot — coordinated through one team.

Relocating to the UK runs across visas, housing, schools, banking and the dozens of practicalities that separate a smooth move from a stressful one. We coordinate the whole arc.

What it is

The full picture, in plain language.

End-to-end relocation covers visas, school selection, housing search (sales or rental), banking, healthcare registration (NHS and private), shipping, drivers, household setup and the early-months coordination.

We work alongside UK-regulated immigration, tax and conveyancing partners — Morifar holds the relationship and the project plan.

FAQs

Questions we are asked, and the honest answers.

How early should we start?+

9-12 months ideally for top schools; 4-6 months is workable; below 3 months is rushed.

Independent or state school?+

Both can be excellent. State (especially in catchment for top grammars) is genuinely viable for international families if you commit to the catchment area.

Can we register with the NHS?+

Yes — once you have visa and a UK address. Many families also carry private insurance for speed of access.

Stamp Duty as non-resident?+

Yes — an additional 2% surcharge on top of the additional-property rates. Plan for it.

Common mistakes

What we see go wrong — so it doesn't happen to you.

Picking a house before the school

London commutes punish families. School first.

Late visa filing

Late visas push back move dates, which push back school starts, which push back leases. Sequence properly.

Underestimating UK winters with families

Heating, school uniform, dark afternoons — practical things that catch newcomers out.

Not registering with a GP early

GP registration takes time and matters when illness strikes.
